special event. All catered events are subject to food & beverage
minimums and a flat rental charge. Please see below for more details.

FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUM

  2. 31-60 MILE RADIUS OF BRGR CRANBERRY, PA—$250

We offer our guests several payment structure options. Feel free to choose the option that best suits your needs and those of your particular event.

Option #1 — PAY AS YOU GO Guests pay for their own food. We tally the total at the end of the event to determine if minimums have been met. If they are, you pay nothing. If the total food sale is under our required minimums, you are responsible for the difference.
Option #2 — HOSTED FOOD You pay the entirety of what your guests consume during the event. Should you choose, feel free to create a structured menu with the help of our staff. Food & beverage minimums also apply here.

AVAILABILITY

We have a lunch and dinner slot available each day. Generally, the lunch slot is from 11am to 2pm and dinner, from 5pm to 9pm, however other times can be arranged. During weekdays, our lunch time availability is limited due to prior commitments. With enough advance notice, we will do our best to accommodate specific needs and requests for any lunchtime event.

PAYMENT

A $300 deposit is required upon booking. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit is refundable if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of your scheduled event. If cancellation occurs after 72 hours of your scheduled event, the deposit is non-refundable. If you book within 5 days of your scheduled event, a 50% deposit is required (including minimum and rental charge).

CANCELLATION

We serve in light rain and snow, but not a downpour. In case of forecasted rain or snow, you can cancel your event 24 hours in advance with no penalty. We will make every effort to have your event if it should rain or snow. In the event of a same day cancellation due to weather, we will retain your deposit and you can reschedule up to one year in advance and your deposit will be applied in full.
